Job Scope :

     •   Explains in a friendly manner but also very detailed about the services, facilities, activities, varieties of park zone and ongoing events / promo.
     •   Provides guest with above- and –beyond service to ensure their experience in the park will be worth remembering.
     •   Receive payment by cash, credit cards or vouchers and make necessary change and issue receipts.
     •   Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure the amounts are correct and adequate money change is available.

Requirements :

     •   Experience and knowledge as cashier or customer service field is preferred.
     •   Excellent problem solving skills and strong foundation in delivering good quality service to customers.
     •   Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).
     •   Well groomed & pleasant personality.
