CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. All guests are subjected to and shall abide by MAPS Terms and Conditions as listed.
  2. Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, not applicable for private events or block-out dates or during park closure, not for re-sale and not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved in writing by MAPS.
  3. Passes will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
  4. Only original and valid passes will be accepted. Passes will be considered void if altered or damage. Any fraudulent use will be referred to the authorities.
  5. Day Pass and VIP Pass are valid for one entry only (no re-entry). Annual Pass and Perak Pass are valid for one entry per day (no re-entry on the same day). Each pass is valid for one guest entry only. Valid pass and proof of identity are required for entry. Any visit must occur on the stated date or prior to the expiry date.
  6. MyKad rate is only eligible for Malaysia Citizen and MyKad must be shown at admission entry together with E-Pass when entering the park. In the event of not being able to show a valid MyKad, MAPS reserves the right to refuse the entry or evict any person from the park at any time. The price differences shall be charged for entry with full price if you wish to enter the park.
  7. Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions EXCEPT for food and beverage, merchandise, photo, pay per use facilities (such as lockers and strollers etc.) unless otherwise stated. Price is subject to change without prior notice.
  8. Park and attraction operating schedules are subject to changes without prior notice. No refund or exchange will be given in the event of any closure due to but not limited to, inclement weather, technical malfunction, maintenance or other reasons.
  9. MAPS reserves the right to suspend or change any aspect of the park operation, rides and attractions in view of safety concerns.
  10. Entry to the park is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the park’s capacity to prevent overcrowding. MAPS reserves the right to impose restriction of entry especially during high attendance periods once it has reached its maximum daily capacity in view of safety management.
  11. Children below 3 years old receive free admission to the park. Children aged 3 years until 12 years old (based on year of birth) require a pass to enter the park.
  12. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the park unaccompanied and must be accompanied by a person aged above 18 years old at all times.
  13. No outside food and beverages permitted in the park EXCEPT for baby food formula or any food dietary due to medical needs with doctor’s advice.
  14. No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be brought into the park.
  15. No glassware or sharp objects may be brought into the park.
  16. No animals or pets may be brought into the park.
  17. Smoking of cigarettes or electronic cigarettes are only permitted at designated areas as advised.
  18. Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, unmanned aerial devices (drones), large selfie sticks, folding chairs, large suitcases or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic or park operations are not permitted.
  19. Park designs and facilities are protected by copyright and include other intellectual property rights. Any infringements are prohibited.
  20. Parking charges apply. Vehicles are parked at guests’ own risk. MAPS will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, parts or contents.
  21. Lockers are available for hire for storage of personal items in compliance with Locker Rental Term and Conditions, subject to availability and prevailing locker rental rates. MAPS will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen items, including personal items and belongings.
  22. MAPS reserves the right to inspect your bags at any time for security purposes.
  23. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by guests are solely for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production of these photography or videography for commercial purposes without MAPS prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Any media and commercial coverage requests should be directed to the Marketing and Sales Division (info@mapsperak.com) at least 7 days prior to the intended date of coverage for consideration.
  24. MAPS reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or use and broadcast any recording, video or reproduction of image and/or voice of guests for advertising and promotional activities without any payment or compensation.
  25. The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any changing room, washroom or locker area.
  26. Unauthorized business transactions or commercial activities are prohibited within the park.
  27. Unauthorized events, demonstrations, speeches or any display of printed or recorded materials without MAPS’s prior approval are strictly prohibited in the park.
  28. Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc.
  29. MAPS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under their care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions.

 

HEIGHT AND HEALTH ADVICE

  1. For guest’s safety and comfort, there are height and age restrictions on some rides and attractions. Please refer to the park map and displayed signage for specific details.
  2. Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. Guest should seek medical advice if in doubt. For guests with disabilities, kindly refer to our guidelines.
  3. Dangerous materials, explosives, weapons and/or sharp objects are prohibited and shall be declared and surrendered prior to admission.
  4. For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with certain pre-existing health issues, guests with casts, footwear, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects may be restricted on certain rides. Please read signage and ask staff prior to participating if unsure.
  5. Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements or staff communications.
  6. Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.
  7. In the event of an emergency, all Pass Holders are to follow the instructions of our Safety Officers for a safe and immediate evacuation. Please report any incidents to staff immediately.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Adult pass holder are responsible for any children under their supervision.
  2. Guests must not take part on rides and attractions when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  3. Guests are expected to behave in an orderly, respectful and safe manner at all times. Guests must act with good judgement and consideration for themselves or others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect their health, safety, the safety of others, the safety of the rides and attractions.
  4. Guests must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by MAPS and its staff including the operators of any rides and attractions, without objection.
  5. Guests must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any rides and attractions.
  6. Guests assume the inherent risks of injury and loss of life or property without any liability to MAPS.
  7. MAPS reserves the right to refuse admission, revoke this Pass or request the Pass holder to leave the Park at any time without any refund in the event MAPs reasonably believes any MAPS terms and conditions have been breached.
  8. MAPS assumes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience. However, we will not be liable for any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any negligence of any persons or the company or otherwise.

MAPS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

  1. The terms & conditions are applicable for MAPS online ticketing transactions.
  2. All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  3. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete details in the online transaction.
  4. Payment being made does not mean that your transaction has been accepted. We will only send confirmation via email for purchases that has been verified as genuine purchases.
  5. Once payment has been accepted/processed by the bank, an online pass and tax invoice will be sent to your email address as provided by you.
  6. No refund, cancellation, exchange or transfer of any passes/ items sold once payment has been made.
  7. MAPS shall not be responsible or liable for any damages (whether, direct, indirect, special or consequential), late or non-delivery of passes, loss, embarrassment, goodwill expenses or loss of profit incurred by you in some of the following circumstances:
    1. This website not being available;
    2. The email address is incorrect;
    3. Refusal from you (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made);
    4. Any access, use or inability to access or use this website and/or any other website linked to this website;
    5. Any failure, delays in transmission, interruption, errors, omission or breakdown of any equipment, system, server software or MAPS terminal or of the payment gateway;
    6. Attack or interference by any computer virus, corruption, worms or by any person;
    7. Improper use or unauthorised use of this website;
    8. The taking and compliance of any of your requests or instructions via this website or any affiliates’ website;
    9. Any inaccuracies, errors, defects of any content of this website or other websites linked to this website;
    10. Any operation malfunction or defect of your computer terminal, systems or software used in accessing this website;
    11. The destruction or alteration of your request, data or information transmitted by you to MAPS or its affiliates’ website;
    12. Natural disaster and/or reasons beyond our control
  8. The online pass must be presented via physical email copy or mobile device as per instruction outlined in the email for admission to MAPS.
  9. MyKad rate is only eligible for Malaysia Citizen and MyKad must be shown at admission entry together with E-Pass when entering the park. In the event of not being able to show a valid MyKad, MAPS reserves the right to refuse the entry or evict any person from the park at any time. The price differences shall be charged for entry with full price if you wish to enter the park.
  10. No partial redemption is allowed (e.g. if you purchase 4 Adult Day Passes within a transaction, you will have to utilise/redeem all 4 Adult Day Passes at once).
  11. You shall not impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or any other person by using the name, address, credit card information, e-mail address of login name and password of any other user or person for any reason whatsoever, without prior consent or forge a header or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origins of an e-mail.
  12. MAPS reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purpose.
  13. You will immediately notify MAPS if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorized use of your account.
  14. MAPS reserves the right not to honour any online sales transaction if we have reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if you have failed to provide accurate and complete information at the time of application.

PHYSICAL PASS (The T&C is presented on the back of the PVC Card for Guest to use for entry and the T&C has been simplified to utilise the limited space on the Card)

Use of this Pass implies agreement with MAPS terms & conditions as outlined in www.mapsperak.com. This Pass remains the property of MAPS which is non-transferable, non-refundable, not applicable for private events or park closure, not for resale or exchange, not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved in writing by MAPS and void if altered or misused. Valid for ONE entry only (Day Pass & VIP Pass). Valid for ONE entry per day (Annual Pass & Perak Pass). No outside food & beverages permitted in the park.

Park & attraction operating schedules are subject to changes without prior notice. No refund will be given in the event of any closure due to inclement weather or technical malfunction. Park admission is subject to restriction of entry due to capacity constraints & safety concerns especially during high attendance periods. Pass holder assumes the inherent risks of injury and loss of property without liability to MAPS. Entry into MAPS constitutes consent for MAPS to use and broadcast any recording, video or reproduction of image and/or voice of Pass holder for advertising and promotions without any payment. MAPS reserves the right to revoke this Pass or request the Pass holder to leave the Park at any time without any refund in the event MAPS reasonably believes any MAPS terms and conditions have been breached.
 
E-PASS (Pass issued through online platform in pdf format)

  1. Purchase of this E-Pass implies the acceptance of MAPS terms & conditions as outlined in www.mapsperak.com.
  2. Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, not applicable for private events or block-out dates or during park closure, not for re-sale and not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved in writing by MAPS.
  3. Pass will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen.

  5. Valid for ONE entry only (Day Pass & VIP Pass) or ONE entry per day (Annual Pass & Perak Pass). No re-entry on the same day. Each pass is valid for one guest entry only. Valid pass and proof of identity are required for entry. Any visit must occur on the stated date or prior to the expiry date.
  6. Unauthorized duplication of this Pass will prevent admission into the park. The QR Code only allows for a single entry. If more than one copy is presented upon admission, the QR scanner will alert the staff whether the ticket has already been scanned. Only the first scan will be allowed for entry. If the Pass has already been scanned, you will not be allowed to enter the park and will need to purchase another Pass to enter. MAPS shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication of this Pass.

  10. Age and/or physical restrictions may apply to certain rides and attractions, kindly refer to park signage for details. Children must be accompanied by a person aged above 18 years at all times.
  11. MAPS, its staff and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage of life and property within the premises.
  12. MAPS and its staff reserve the right to revoke this Pass or refuse entry or expel from the premises any person(s), at any time without any refund in the event MAPS reasonably believes in breach of the MAPS Terms and Conditions. Unauthorized business transactions or commercial activities are prohibited within the park.
  13. Dangerous material, explosive, weapons and/or sharp objects are prohibited and shall be declared and surrendered prior to admission. Commercial photograph, filming and media coverage without MAPS prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  14. No outside food and beverages permitted in the park EXCEPT for baby food formula or any food dietary due to medical needs with doctor’s advice.
  15. No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be brought into the park.
  16. No animals or pets may be brought into the park.
  17. MAPS reserves the right to inspect your bags at any time for security purposes

CONFIRMATION EMAIL (A purchase confirmation issued via email for online purchase)

  1. The purchase implies the acceptance of MAPS terms & conditions as outlined in www.mapsperak.com.
  2. Please download and print E-Pass OR present a digital E-Pass via mobile device for park entry. A valid identification card may be required for verification purposes. Annual Pass and Perak Pass shall register photo and biometric identification and; redeem the valid Pass during first visit to the park.
  3. Price is inclusive of 6% GST and quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Price is subject to change without prior notice.
  4. Item purchased are non-transferable, non-refundable, not for re-sale and not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved in writing by MAPS.
  5. Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions EXCEPT for food & beverage, merchandise, photo, pay per use facilities (such as lockers and strollers etc.) unless otherwise stated.
  6. Children below 3 years old receive free admission to the park. Children aged 3 years until 12 years old (based on year of birth) require a pass to enter the park.

  9. MAPS reserves the right to request additional information or documentation including but not limited to, an identification card (a valid Mykad or Passport) from time to time for verification purpose.
  10. MAPS reserves the right not to honour any online sales transaction if we have reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if you have failed to provide accurate and complete information at the time of application.

No printing or email access services are provided in the Park. You must present the valid Pass for entry purposes. MAPS reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of invalid document.
